This level will be managed by the sectors internally by the identified MIA sector Anchor(s). The awards communication within the sector, identification of evaluation panels and format of the contest, will be determined by MIA Anchor(s). Respective sectors will conduct evaluation of the entries by a jury panel ideally comprising of sector president. All entries must be screened for adherence to category definitions and evaluated on criteria provided in MIA Guidelines.
The sector anchors will shortlist the selected entries on the portal. A specified number of entries selected by each sector/ business vertical will progress to the final round i.e. Group Level Evaluation.

At this level, all shortlisted entries participate in a final contest, which will be managed by Group Customer Experience team and evaluated by a mixed jury panel of external and internal jurors to determine the respective winners. This will be done by offline as well as online presentation with the jury panel.
At Stage 3, all shortlisted entries participate in a final contest, in which all 4 categories will be evaluated by a mixed jury panel of external and internal jurors to determine the respective winners. This will be via a face-to-face presentation with the jury panel.
